Tim Leitner Sr. – Owner/Renovation Specialist, CAPS, Lead Based Paint Renovator

As founder of the company, Tim is passionate about ensuring that everything the company does upholds the values of integrity, quality, and service. His leadership and vision set the standard for excellence and he personally enjoys the challenge when a home owner has been told “it can’t be done”. Tim works closely with his customers, design team, and vendors to make sure the homeowner’s expectations are met and exceeded by the final outcome.

Tim is married to Jill and they have three children, one son-in-law, and two grandchildren.

Jill Leitner – Marketing/Project Manager

Jill was raised in a construction family, and has been immersed in the industry her whole life. Evident in everything she does is a strong eye for design and detail. Jill’s strength and leadership are just a couple of the tools that she expertly uses to achieve excellence in every project that she manages. Jill and Tim strongly promote in their personal lives the values that have built the company’s reputation.

Paul Bisby – Senior Estimator/Designer

Paul has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. Much of his career, Paul focused developing his expertise in designing and building kitchens. The last 10 years, he has taken his talent and extended it to being involved in every aspect of residential construction. Without a doubt, Paul’s greatest quality is his personal approach to his customers and their projects. For him, it isn’t about countertops, floors, and paint, it’s about you and your home.

Paul is married to Viki and they have one married daughter, three grandchildren, and two dogs.

David Lerwick – Project Manager, Lead Based Paint Renovator

A former customer of Leitner Construction, David is a detailed oriented and “by the book” project manager.  He has a great sense of humor that is infectious and has the wisdom to navigate through some of the toughest problems that can arise on the project.  David is married to Christi. They have five children, Two sons-in-law, three daughters-in-law and 9 grandchildren.

Keith Kudrna – CAD Designer

For over 15 years, Keith has been doing architectural design for projects ranging from small addition to large-scale, whole-house remodels. Keith believes that outside of your family, your home is the single biggest investment you make. It is for this reason that he treats each project with the highest level of dedication and attention to detail. Keith enjoys his role in designing projects of all sizes which allow him to make a positive impact on people’s lives at home.

Keith is married to Kathy and they have one son and two daughters.
