We met Tim and Paul at a home show last winter as we searched for a contractor for a full kitchen remodel. Paul met with us over the course of a month discussing design options. Once we settled on a plan we were connected to great local companies for help with choosing the appliances and materials. They all provided options with a wide range of quality/price with no pressure/upsell. All the subcontractors were professional and friendly…especially considering they had to deal with our narrow one lane road and not the easiest access situation to the home and kitchen. We are very happy with the final result and can finally enjoy cooking and hosting family and friends.

They did a remodel of my house and were amazing to work with! Very responsive, came in with a reasonable budget and if you can believe it finished the project within a reasonable timeframe and without unnecessary cost overruns. They stood by their work when the house settled and cracks appeared in the drywalls — they got it fixed quickly and efficiently, and my place looks great! They really helped take my aging 1957 Ranch Style Home and turned it into an eye catching Mid-Century Modern marvel! Can’t recommend them highly enough — I worked with their foreman Paul Bisby and he was dedicated and a pleasure to have running the project.

I have had two projects done with Leitner construction one was what I thought was going to be a kitchen remodel as we are contemplating selling our home. Tim came in to survey our needs and said we can do what ever you want however if you would like, let me bring in a realtor friend of mine and see just how much needs to be done. We may just a need to update, realtor came in and recommended an update which ended up being less costly and added value to our home. Through that experience we realized that Leitner construction was a trusted partner in looking out for us while bringing a quality job. The second project was a exterior repair and paint they brought the same business practice and did an amazing job.

Leitner Construction has completed three major projects at our home. Each one was completed on time and within our budget. I have spinal cord damage and special design considerations were made to accommodate me with safety, function and beauty in mind. We are beyond pleased with the kitchen, primary bedroom suite and family room projects that they have done for us. Leitner Construction is our go to remodeler of choice.

Remodels can be traumatic and we were dreading the process. But we were so impressed and thrilled with the master suite remodel done by Leitner Construction, that we asked them to do our kitchen and guest bath as well! My client and I recently wrapped up a kitchen remodel project with Tim Leitner and Leitner Construction. As an interior designer, details are very important to me. We hired Leitner Construction to remodel our primary bathroom. The home was built in 2002. We wanted an updated look and we wanted the room to be accessible, which for us, meant totally rearranging the space! Our Project Manager Eric worked with us from start to finish. He helped us design the space, took us to various vendors to pick out materials and finishes. He provided us with a scheduling calendar so we knew when the subcontractors would be on site. The whole experience was fantastic! Eric is a great communicator, and coordinator. He pays attention to the details, and kept us informed about the challenges, changes, and project successes along the way. He was available by phone, text and email to answer our questions. All in all, it was pretty stress free! Tim Leitner, Eric Payne, and all the sub-contractors were professional, efficient, and took great pride in their crafts. Perfectionist is the word that comes to mind. We give our highest recommendation to Leitner Construction and will hire them again for future projects.

We are so glad we chose Leitner Construction for our master bath and closet remodel! Eric, our project manager, was awesome. He listened to all our wants / needs / input and put together an amazing design. He wowed us by including a window in the design! HIRE TIM AND HIS TEAM! They are phenomenal. I cannot express the relief I feel now that my basement remodel was over.
