Pearl District Remodel

This fun little project focused on a quaint one bedroom, one bathroom flat in the Pearl District of Portland. Our clients are empty-nesters who live out of town but frequently visit the Rose City to see their grandchildren. They embarked on this downtown Portland remodeling project to create a welcoming space for their extended weekends with family. We had a great time maximizing the impact of design and finishes in a small, urban space to make this a charming getaway for our clients as well as a warm and inviting home for entertaining family and friends.
