Portland Ranch Home Remodel

Our homeowner, a NICU nurse, downsized to this classic 1967 ranch home in Portland. Knowing that a remodel was in order she didn’t even unpack boxes from the move! Leitner Construction made her desire reality with a modern open great room anchored by custom cabinetry in the kitchen, a built-in buffet modeled after a family heirloom and an island in the center of it all with a “pop” of vintage color.

The result is up to date with sleek stainless steel appliances and retro colored teal glass tile backsplash. A snappy new surround and mantle flank the existing fireplace and the whole home was pulled together with new white oak hardwood flooring throughout to match the existing flooring in the living room.
