Tim Leitner Sr.
As founder of Leitner Construction, Tim is passionate about the company’s values. He believes that everything the company does must uphold the values of integrity, quality, and service. His leadership and vision set the standard for excellence and he personally enjoys the challenge when a home owner has been told “it can’t be done”. Tim is married to Jill and they have three children, one son-in-law, and two grandchildren. He enjoys diving in warm ocean water and is a crazy mountain bike enthusiast.
Jill Leitner
Jill was raised in a construction family, and has been immersed in the industry her whole life. Evident in everything she does is a strong eye for design and detail. Jill’s strength and leadership are just a couple of the tools that she expertly uses to achieve excellence in every project that she manages. It is because of Jill and Tim’s personal values that the company possesses a strong reputation.Jill thrives on every minute spent with her grandchildren and spends time traveling and photo journaling her out of this world experiences.
Paul Bisby
Paul has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. Much of his career, Paul focused developing his expertise in designing and building kitchens. The last few years, he has taken his talent and expanded it to every aspect of residential construction. Without a doubt, Paul’s greatest quality is his personal approach to his customers and their projects. For him, it isn’t about countertops, floors, and paint, it’s about you and your home. Paul is married to Viki and they have one married daughter, three grandchildren, lots of chickens and two dogs.
Eric Payne
With 14 years of experience in the construction industry, Eric has worked hands-on in the field, giving him a deep understanding of each project's complexities. This experience allows him to blend creativity with practicality, ensuring clients’ visions are brought to life with both beauty and function. Eric is passionate about building strong, lasting relationships, treating clients like family and going above and beyond to meet their needs. Outside of work, Eric is married to Jennifer and is the proud father of three elementary-age children. Together, they enjoy exploring the country in their RV.
