We hired Leitner Construction to remodel our primary bathroom. The home was built in 2002. We wanted an updated look and we wanted the room to be accessible, which for us, meant totally rearranging the space! Our Project Manager Eric worked with us from start to finish. He helped us design the space, took us to various vendors to pick out materials and finishes. He provided us with a scheduling calendar so we knew when the subcontractors would be on site. The whole experience was fantastic! Eric is a great communicator, and coordinator. He pays attention to the details, and kept us informed about the challenges, changes, and project successes along the way. He was available by phone, text and email to answer our questions. All in all, it was pretty stress free! Tim Leitner, Eric Payne, and all the sub-contractors were professional, efficient, and took great pride in their crafts. They did a remodel of my house and were amazing to work with! I have had two projects done with Leitner construction one was what I thought was going to be a kitchen remodel as we are contemplating selling our home. Tim came in to survey our needs and said we can do what ever you want however if you would like, let me bring in a realtor friend of mine and see just how much needs to be done.
